Fundraiser

Purchase gift cards from a choice of more than 700 stores and help the Bonnie Branch Middle School’s music department raise money through contributions from the stores.

What is it?

Shop with Scrip is easy to use and it’s a convenient way to purchase gift cards for birthdays, to say thank you, and for other special celebrations. You can even get started with your holiday shopping today! Also, many families buy gift cards that they use themselves, such as Safeway, Exxon, Best Buy, Starbucks, Target, and Panera to name a few, and by doing so, they support the music program.

In fact, almost any store you can think of participates in Shop with Scrip! Stores contribute anywhere from 2% to 15% of the amount of the gift cards that you purchase to BBMS music.

When is it?

This Shop with Scrip Fundraiser is open to all BBMS students, not just music students.

The Holiday Shop with Scrip Fundraiser has ended.  If you purchased gift cards, the Boosters will contact you between Dec. 13 and Dec. 15 to arrange for a time to get your gift cards to you.

During the rest of the school year, check back on this web page to find out the next purchase deadline. OR, email the Music Boosters anytime.

How do I do sign up?

Step 1:  Go to www.shopwithscrip.com 

Step 2:  Create your Account (Click “Register” on top right)

Step 3:  Click “Join a Scrip Program” at bottom of page

Step 4:  Enter the BBMS Music Department Enrollment Code and Click “Register” (For security reasons, the Enrollment Code is not published on the web.  Please email the Music Boosters to obtain the Enrollment Code.)

Step 5: Create your username and password and fill in the required fields (marked with *), which include your name, email address, state and zip code. Also enter the student’s name. Click “Register”.

Congratulations! You are registered!  To shop now, follow the steps under "How do I SHOP?"

Can I use it for online shopping or get my gift card instantly?

YES! You can get electronic gift cards instantly! However, you have to pre-register for the many convenient electronic features of Shop with Scrip. This web page will give you more details.

Why should I try Shop With Scrip?

Using Scrip gift cards of any type, whenever you can, will raise A LOT of money for BBMS.  For example, if 100 BBMS families use $50 of scrip per month at local restaurants for 12 months, we would earn $6,000 for BBMS in one year!  It doesn't have to be the same 100 families every month... and it doesn't have to be restaurants. It could be groceries or gasoline or home improvement supplies. This web page shows how it works for us! 

With only 11 families signed up last year, we earned $197 for BBMS.  Think of how much we can earn if more families join and participate!!!

How do I do SHOP?

Step 1: Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and click “Sign in” at top right of screen.

Step 2: Login into your Shop with Scrip account by entering your username and password.

Step 3:  Click “Shop” in the upper right corner.

Step 4: Find your store by entering the store name in the search field (top of screen) or by browsing alphabetically (using horizontal letter list). When you find your store, if you don’t also see the fields to enter the amount and quantity of gift cards, move your cursor on top of the store name or logo and then click on the picture that looks like a gift card (it’s the picture on the left marked physical). You should now see the order form.

Step 5: Select the amount to be assigned to the gift cards in the denomination field.  Enter number of gift cards to be purchased in the quantity field. Make sure “Physical Gift Card” is selected. This will enable us to deliver a physical gift card that may also be reloaded in the future. Click “Add to Cart” when complete.

Step 6: When you finish entering your orders, click the “CART” button at the top right of your screen, and review your order. (Be patient. It may take some time.)

Step 7: In the payment option field (right side), select “Check” as your payment type, if not already selected.

Step 8: Click “Submit order”. You will receive your order number and summary, along with a follow-up confirmation email. Print a copy of your order.

Step 9: Please send in a copy of your order along with your payment by check in an envelope labeled with the student’s name and “BBMS Music Shop with Scrip.” Please make your check out to "Bonnie Branch Music Boosters". All orders should be turned into a music director or your student’s first period teacher.
