Volunteering on Concert Night is a great opportunity for people that cannot make it to our regular meetings but still want to help out. And remember, whether you volunteer behind the scenes or on concert nights, all volunteers receive reserved seating at concerts.

Uniform CheckersUniform Checkers should arrive at Howard High School by 6:10 pm on "concert night," go to the warm-up room (usually the band room and the chorus room), and examine students as they arrive at Howard to make sure of the following:

Road CrewRoad Crew members need large vehicles to help transport instruments, equipment, and stage decorations before and after the concert. These are the expectations:
If you are also transporting water, napkins, and plates from Bonnie Branch, please deliver these to the cafeteria. You should drive, because the cafeteria is on the complete opposite side of the school from the auditorium! |
