Frederick Keys Baseball Sunday May 21st, 2pm
The music students at Bonnie Branch Middle School and Howard High School are invited to perform the National Anthem at a Frederick Keys baseball game on Sunday May 21, 2017 at 2 pm. Proceeds from ticket purchases will benefit the Music Programs at both schools. Join us in Frederick to support our student musicians and catch a glimpse of future Orioles players! Catch a glimpse of future Orioles baseball players! It's a great way to spend a late spring Sunday afternoon! Every person attending the game must purchase a ticket, including the student musicians. All tickets are "General Admission" and cost $8 each. Please complete this form to purchase tickets. Your purchased tickets will be available for pickup during the following events: Monday May 15, 2017 at Howard High, 6 - 7 pm (before the BBMS Band and Orchestra Concert) Tuesday May 16, 2017 at Howard High, 6 - 7 pm (before the BBMS Chorus Concert) Wednesday May 17, 2017 at Howard High, 6 - 7 pm (before the HoHS Percussion Ensemble Concert) *Be sure to bring: 1) identification and 2) the email confirmation you will receive. NOTE: This is NOT a school-sponsored field trip. There are no chaperones. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Students must provide their own transportation. Carpooling is recommended. Every person needs a ticket, including the performers. Please note: this is not a school field trip. Parents must provide (or arrange) transportation and supervision. Although the fundraiser deadline has passed, you may still buy a ticket to the game on game day, at the gate. Frederick Keys Game - Rain PlansOn game day, if there is a chance of rain, the Boosters will not cancel our event independently from the Keys, so if the Keys are playing, so are we! Here is an excerpt from the Keys website about rain: If five innings of a game are not completed (4-½ innings if the Keys are leading), game tickets may be exchanged at the Keys Box Office for a comparable ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining 2015 regular season home game, based on availability. There are NO refunds. In the event the game is shortened, but official, or the second game of a doubleheader is rained out, there is no rain check or refund. Tickets may be exchanged anytime after the game has been called and do not need to be exchanged the same day as the rainout. The exchange of tickets can only be done in person at the Box Office. To get to General Admission, walk in the gate, turn right, and walk about 100 feet. General Admission is right above first base. The National Anthem will be played at 1:55 pm, so please arrive on time at 1:00 pm. The address of the stadium is: Harry Grove Stadium 21 Stadium Dr, Frederick, MD 21703 Directions to Harry Grove Stadium: I-70 West to Frederick, MD. Take Exit 54 from Route 70 West - stay to the Right on the Exit Ramp. Turn Left at the first light, Monocacy Blvd. Continue on Monocacy Blvd across Rt. 355/Market St - onto New Design Rd. Turn Right into the parking lot on New Design Rd OR Continue to Stadium Drive and turn Right to park in Stadium Drive parking lot. |
