We are starting the  “Claire’s Gourmet” fundraiser.  We are confident that after tasting any of the products, you will want to share the experience with someone you love!  Please show your support by participating. 
 
Campaign Starts:                                                         Thursday, October 6th
 
Orders and Money Due:                                               Thursday, October 27th   
 
Orders will be ready for pickup:                                   Thursday, November 17th          
 
(Your promptness is appreciated, as we cannot be responsible for products picked up after this date)
 
Our goal is for every family to sell at least 10 items ... more if you can.
Prizes:  TOP SELLER – $75   2ND PLACE - $50           3RD PLACE - $25    (Must sell 20 items to qualify for Top Seller Awards)
DRAWING for FREE TRIP TO HERSHEY PARK      (Earn 1 chance for every 5 items sold)
Sell at least 5 Items & Earn $2 Profit Per Item Sold Credited To Your Hershey Park Trip!    (6th & 7th Graders can carry over profit towards future trips.)
 
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1.  Record customer orders on order form of brochures and collect all money.  Checks should be made payable to:  BBMB
                               
2.  Total all orders and transfer totals to YELLOW SUMMARY SHEET. Fill in member’s name and phone number.
 
3.   Return only the YELLOW SUMMARY SHEET AND TOTAL MONEY DUE in the envelope provided.   Keep the brochures for your customer reference.

Use Organization # 6936.  Give relatives and friends your six digit participant code to order online.
